Plan the off-season

A closing scope built around your pool

Choose a closing scope that fits your pool

A pool with a heater, attached spa, or water features has different closing needs from a simpler setup. Include those details in your request, along with existing equipment concerns and the cover you plan to use.

Your written estimate establishes the equipment winterization, cover handling, water preparation, chemicals, and any separate work included for your pool.

A closing service and a new cover are separate decisions

If your cover is torn, missing hardware, or no longer fits, include that in your request. A replacement cover may require measurements, product selection, and its own estimate. Planning both needs together helps the office account for the complete project.

Compare new and replacement safety covers, or use your existing cover’s details to start a closing inquiry.

What helps us prepare your estimate

  • Your location and preferred closing timeframe.
  • Pool type, attached spa, and any water features.
  • Known equipment problems or unusual water conditions.
  • Existing cover type and condition.
  • Access restrictions and any maintenance agreement already in place.

You do not need every equipment model number to begin. The office reviews your request, confirms availability and scope, and provides the appropriate preparation instructions before an arranged visit.

Your closing, made clearer

Three steps.
A sensible plan.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your pool

Share your ZIP code, pool type, cover situation, and the timing you have in mind.

    Review the scope

Review the included winterization, cover handling, materials, and any separately quoted cleaning or repairs.

  3. 03

    Prepare for the visit

Once arranged, have access ready and keep seasonal parts available. Follow the preparation instructions provided for your pool.

Plan for the equipment as well as the cover.

Share the equipment, plumbing and access details that affect winterization.

Heaters, attached spas, water features and existing equipment concerns can change the scope. If the cover also needs replacement or repairs, include those needs before arranging the closing.

A little clarity

Pool closing questions.

When should I start planning my closing?

Send your preferred closing timeframe while planning the end of your swim season. The office confirms current availability for your address.

Is a safety cover included in a pool closing?

A new safety cover is separate from closing service unless your written estimate expressly includes it. Include both needs in your request so the office can review measurements, scope, and timing.

Do I need to drain or treat the pool first?

Follow the preparation instructions provided for your pool and equipment. Do not drain the pool or change water levels based solely on general website guidance.

I already have a maintenance agreement. What should I do?

Mention your agreement when you contact us. The office will check its current terms and explain any closing service included or separately quoted.
