Pool & hot-tub water testing · Gloucester, VA

Bring us your water.
And your questions.

We test pool and hot-tub water in our shop at 2370 George Washington Memorial Highway. Bring a recent sample and the details of your current care routine.

Put your results in context.

Tell us whether the sample is from a pool or hot tub, what sanitizer you use and what you have noticed. Your approximate water volume, pool finish or spa model, recent readings and treatment history help us discuss the results.

A store test supports home checks between visits. Readings change with time, use and treatment, so sample freshness matters.

Robotic pool cleaners

Less time vacuuming.
More time enjoying your pool.

A robotic cleaner can help with routine debris pickup and scrubbing, using its own onboard filtration. Start with your pool’s size, surface and layout to compare the features that matter.

01 / Your pool

Match the cleaning coverage.

Some models clean the floor; others also cover walls and the waterline. Confirm surface compatibility and rated pool size. Steps, benches, shallow shelves and tight corners need specific attention in the comparison.

02 / Your everyday debris

Look inside the filter.

Leaves and fine dust create different filtering needs. Compare the included basket or panels, how you remove and rinse them, and how easily you can retrieve and lift the cleaner.

03 / Your routine

Compare corded and cordless.

Corded cleaners need suitable power access and cable reach. Cordless models have battery, charging and retrieval considerations. Compare the selected model’s cleaning modes, runtime and care instructions.

Hayward pool automation · Gloucester, VA

Bring your pool’s
controls together.

Make everyday settings easier to manage. With the right Hayward system and compatible equipment, you can coordinate pool functions through convenient local controls or a supported app.

Pumps & schedules

Coordinate operating schedules and supported pump settings. Full speed control depends on the pump, controller and any required interface.

Heating & pool/spa modes

Manage compatible heater settings and configured valves for the pool or spa. The actual equipment and connections determine the available controls.

Lights & water features

Bring supported lighting and water-feature functions into the routine. Color options, zones and additional features depend on the installed hardware.

Choose around what you own.

OmniHub, OmniPL and OmniLogic offer different levels of centralized control and expansion. Selected older Hayward panels may have an OmniPL retrofit option. Model numbers help identify what can stay, what needs an interface and what may need replacing.

Hayward’s OmniX approach uses compatible equipment and its own app. Away-from-home access uses an optional Gateway. Do not assume every Omni product or older remote is interchangeable.

Include the complete setup.

App control still needs the appropriate equipment connections, configuration and network access. Tell us what you want to control and where the equipment sits relative to your home network.

A salt-ready controller does not necessarily include the salt cell. Chlorine-output control, chemistry sensors and dosing equipment are separate features. Water testing and equipment care remain part of the routine.

Ask about Hayward automation for your pool.

Share your town, current control panel and equipment models if known, and the settings you would like to manage more easily. Clear equipment-label photos can help us discuss compatibility and next steps. You can start without every model number.
