Get help with hot tub water care, cleaning and maintenance. Tell us about your spa and the work you want help with; the office confirms available services and the right agreement for your needs.
Tell us which sanitizer system your spa uses, how it is used and any current water concern. We discuss the water-care support available for your spa and confirm the testing, treatment and materials covered by the agreement.
Continue the checks and instructions assigned to you between visits. Store water testing can also help you understand current results.
Cleaning and filter responsibilities
Explain which cleaning tasks you want help with and which you already handle. Ask how shell and waterline cleaning, filters and cover care would be addressed in the proposed scope.
For filter cleaning, replacement, water changes or more extensive work, have the office confirm what can be provided and whether it is included or separately arranged.

Report an error message, unusual noise, leak, heating concern or circulation change when you inquire. Share the make and model and describe when the problem started.

Before your agreement
Hot tub maintenance questions.
How often would my hot tub be serviced?+
The schedule depends on your spa, requested work, location and available service arrangements. The office confirms visit frequency in the proposed agreement. Tell us how the spa is used and which tasks you can handle between visits.
Are filters, drain-and-refill work and chemicals included?+
Ask the office to identify the filter work, water replacement, cleaning and materials that can be provided for your spa. Your agreement should explain what is included, any allowances and separately arranged work. The word maintenance alone does not establish those inclusions.
What should I do between visits?+
Follow the instructions for your spa, products and agreed care routine. Keep up with assigned water checks and cleaning, watch for changes in operation and contact the office about a concern. Our hot tub water-care guide explains the questions to ask about testing and your sanitizer system.
Can I use the pool maintenance checklist for my hot tub?+
Use the instructions for your spa and the hot tub water-care guide. Our every-two-week pool checklist is written for swimming pools and does not define a spa-care schedule or chemical treatment.
Does this form sign me up or reserve a visit?+
The form starts a conversation with the office. We confirm availability and the proposed scope, then supply the agreement and instructions. Sending an inquiry does not sign an agreement, activate service or reserve an appointment.
