Plan the installation before ordering
A swim spa needs a site plan of its own.
A swim spa’s larger footprint and filled weight make the foundation, delivery route, drainage, equipment access and electrical requirements central to the project. We handle the agreed site work, electrical work and local permitting along with the spa installation.
We can create basic concrete, stamped-concrete and paver patio areas. The foundation directly supporting the swim spa must meet the selected model’s installation requirements. An ordinary existing paver patio is not automatically a suitable foundation; decorative patio finishes can be planned around the required structural base.
Garden Leisure’s published swim-spa manual rules out installation on decks or balconies. We confirm the required supporting foundation for the selected model and site.
Electrical work is specified for the selected swim spa. Do not assume the requirements are the same as a hot tub or that the model can use a standard household outlet.

Make it part of your backyard
Plan the space around the swim spa.
Allow room to enter, move the cover, reach the equipment and enjoy the surrounding patio. We can incorporate basic concrete, stamped concrete or paver patio work into the project, with a supporting foundation specified for the selected swim spa.
Share what is already in place and what you want to create. The proposal identifies the spa, site work, electrical work, permitting, delivery and accessories being included.

Know what the warranty covers.
Garden Leisure’s current swim-spa overview lists these separate limited coverage periods. The warranty supplied with your model and purchase controls eligibility, exclusions and any owner-paid costs.

How does a swim spa differ from a hot tub?
A swim spa provides an activity area and swim-current jets, with seating that varies by model. A hot tub is focused on seated soaking and massage. Compare the available space and your main use before choosing.

Can it go on my existing patio or deck?
The foundation must meet the selected model’s requirements. An existing patio’s appearance does not establish its capacity, and Garden Leisure’s swim-spa manual rules out decks and balconies. We review support, drainage, access and the installation plan.
Can you handle electrical work and local permitting?
Yes. The Pool Store handles electrical work and local permitting for the agreed project. Requirements and review schedules depend on the property, selected model and site work.
What belongs in a swim spa installation quote?
The exact model and options, foundation, surrounding patio work, electrical work, permitting, access and placement arrangements, and selected accessories. Current pricing and availability are confirmed with that scope.
