Can you help me choose a size?
Yes. Share the approximate space available, preferred round or oval shape, and how you want to use the pool. We can compare the listed models and identify the project details needed for a quote.
Can a conventional above-ground model be partly buried?
McEwen’s guidance discourages partly burying its conventional above-ground pools. Do not assume a model is suitable for a recessed installation. The manufacturer has a separate semi-inground product family; ask about model-specific suitability before planning excavation.
Can I use a salt-water chlorine generator?
McEwen does not recommend salt-water chlorine generators for these conventional above-ground pools because of corrosion concerns. Confirm the chosen model’s care instructions and warranty requirements before selecting equipment.
Does the price include the liner, equipment and installation?
The written quote identifies the structure, liner, equipment, accessories, delivery and installation arrangements included in your project. Ask for the complete scope so you can compare options accurately.
Can I choose a premium replacement liner for my existing pool?
We offer above-ground replacement liners made using McEwen Industries in-ground material. We review your pool’s measurements, attachment and condition to confirm compatibility and the quoted specification.
