Cleaning and water care
Comprehensive care combines agreed cleaning tasks with testing, treatment and a visual equipment check. Chemistry-only care focuses on testing, treatment and a visual check while you handle the cleaning, baskets and filter care.
Compare the two care options.
Schedule, materials and price
Review the proposed visit frequency, included materials and chemical allowances, price and any additional charges. Confirm how initial cleanup, extra visits, repairs, opening and closing would be handled.
The office confirms availability and the start arrangements. An inquiry does not book a service date.
Access and care between visits
Agree on access to the pool and equipment, keeping pets away from the work area, and any required water supply. Ask which checks and tasks you should continue and how to report a change.
If your plan uses every-two-week visits, read the between-visit checklist.
