What does pool closing include?
- Prepare accessible pool circulation lines and winterize accessible equipment.
- Install your existing serviceable winter cover; remove readily removable ladders and handrails when necessary.
- Include winter pool shock, long-life winter algaecide and winter stain preventer matched to your pool size.
- Up to 75 minutes total elapsed time on site with up to a two-person crew, for a reasonably clean, accessible pool with one standard circulation and filtration system.
Additional systems, cleaning, repairs, replacement materials and extra labor are separate. Winterizing chemicals are included with closing; the optional opening chemical package is separate.

Time is total elapsed time at the property across all visits, regardless of crew size. The written quote confirms scope and any extras. EZ Pay divides the regular total into four interest-free payments.

What's included in the chemical package?
The chlorine package includes:
- Omega 3-inch chlorine tablets — one 50 lb bucket
- Omega pool shock — twenty-four 1 lb bags (24 lb total)
- Splash alkalinity increaser — one 25 lb bag
- Splash pH Minus — 25 lb
- LaMotte Insta-Test 3-way test strips — one bottle of 50

When are EZ Pay payments due?
Your first payment is due on the 1st of the month after your pool closing is completed, followed by three payments on the 1st of the next three months.
For example, an October closing means payments on November 1, December 1, January 1 and February 1. Exact dates follow the completed service, not your requested week.
